A booking at Villa Natali Podaca can be made through the contact form on the website or by e-mail. After receiving the inquiry, the guest receives an offer with stay details, the price and deposit payment instructions.
The reservation is held for 24 hours from the moment the offer is sent. If the deposit is not paid within that time, the owner reserves the right to offer the dates to other guests.
To confirm the booking, a 30% deposit of the total stay price must be paid.
The deposit is payable only by bank transfer to the owner’s account. After the payment is received, the guest receives a reservation confirmation by e-mail.
The remaining balance is payable on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
Tourist tax is included in the total accommodation price.
During the main tourist season, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
In the pre-season and post-season, shorter stays may be possible depending on availability.
In order for the apartments to be properly prepared for new guests, the following arrival and departure times must be respected:
Earlier check-in is possible only if the apartment has already been cleaned and prepared.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
In exceptional cases and depending on availability, a stay date change may be possible, but this is not an obligation of the owner.
The apartments are intended for the maximum number of persons stated in the description of each apartment.
A larger number of guests is possible only with the owner’s prior approval.

The guest is responsible for any damage caused in the apartment during the stay.
In case of damage to equipment, appliances or furniture, the guest is obliged to cover the repair or replacement cost.
Personal data provided during the inquiry or reservation is used only for communication, reservation processing and mandatory guest registration in accordance with legal regulations.
