We would like to acquaint you with house rules so that your stay in our apartment would be pleasant. For all other information please contact your host.
- Accommodation is available from 12h pm on the arrival day until 10h am on the departure day. The departure day is not counted in the total number of day stay. If you do not leave the apartment until 10h am, the host has the right to charge you an extra day.
- If you decide to cancel your apartment earlier than planned, you must pay the entire room reservation.
- Handover your identity card or passport to the host immediately upon arrival for registration at the Tourist office. You immediately pay the entire stay in cash.
- Guests themselves are responsible for personal property and valuables left in the apartment and the owner is not responsible for the subsequent loss or damage thereof.
- Guests are responsible for their behavior in and out of the apartment, and in the case of an accident they shall bear the consequences themselves.
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the apartment. The owners are not required to clean and tidy up, or to take out the garbage during the whole stay of the clients. The host will change bed linen every 7 days.
- When going out be sure to lock the doors and windows, close awnings, and switch off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air-condition, stove…) and turn off the taps.
- Air conditioning is used only with closed windows and doors during a guest's stay in the apartment.
- In exceptional circumstances and in the absence of a guest, the owner has the right to enter the apartment to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The owner will notify the guest about the entry into the apartment at the first subsequent contact.
- Destruction of equipment and furniture, causing disorder and disturbing other guests is prohibited, and it is forbidden to make loud noise in the time between 23 – 08 hr.
- The contents of the apartment may only be used by persons who are registered as guests; however, the host may, upon the request of a guest, permit possible visits at certain times.
- Bringing in weapons, explosive and easily flammable material is not permitted.
- Use of equipment and appliances, which are not an integral part of the apartment, is permitted only upon the consent of the host.
- Pets are allowed only with the permission of the owner when booking. The guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and have to clean the excrements left inside and outside the accommodation, as well as in the vicinity of the accommodation and on the beach.
- Smoking is prohibited in bedrooms, while it is allowed in the rest of the apartment. The guests are kindly asked not to throw cigarette butts in the apartment, the yard or outside it, but to use ashtrays and to take all preventive measures against fire and for their personal safety.
- The Use of wireless Internet is allowed in agreement with the host.
- Guests have the right to use one part of the garden (yard) scheduled for them.
- In the event of the disappearance or damage of/to installations, furniture, appliances or equipment of the apartment, the guest is obliged to notify the host. Insofar as the disappearance or damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the corresponding equivalent value. The guests are kindly advised to report immediately upon arrival any malfunction or damage to the inventory otherwise they will be charged for it.
- It is forbidden to remove appliances and equipment from the apartment (towels, covers etc.).
- You may offer your comments, suggestions and compliments to your host.
- In the event of disregard of the house rules, the host has the right to refuse to provide any further service. In this case the guest is not entitled to a refund.
- When starting to use the accommodation it is assumed that the guests are familiar with the house rules and that they agree with their conditions and obligations.
